- Interior Design Prompt Studio is a tool designed to assist users in generating high-quality, text-based prompts for use with third-party AI image generation platforms.
- 2. Your License
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access and use the Service for your personal, internal business, or direct commercial use (e.g., creating images for a client project). This license is for a single user, who may activate the Service on a set number of devices as specified in our FAQ.
- 3. Fair Use Policy
- Our goal is to provide a high-value, sustainable service to all our users. To ensure service stability and prevent abuse, your lifetime license is subject to this Fair Use Policy.
Intended Use: The Service is designed for an interactive use by an individual creative professional or hobbyist.
Prohibited Use: The license does not permit automated access, high-volume API-like usage, data scraping, or the use of scripts to systematically generate prompts. The resale or sharing of your license key is strictly prohibited.
We monitor for usage patterns indicative of abuse. Accounts engaging in prohibited activities may have their license and access to the Service revoked without notice to ensure service availability for all users. - 4. Intellectual Property
- Our Property: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself, including its branding, design, and its underlying proprietary prompt engineering and templates.
Your Property: You retain all rights to the specific output prompts you generate using the Service. You are free to use them for any purpose, commercial or otherwise. - 5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the prompts generated will meet your specific requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Impact Arts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. - 6. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, particularly the Fair Use Policy.
- 7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will always indicate the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
